🎉 21st Birthday Packages – Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in my package?
Your package includes private party space from 7pm, bar staff, security, cleaning, and heaps of great perks depending on your package. Catering is required and additional — we’ll help you pick a menu that fits your style and budget.

When can I access the venue to decorate?
You can access The Clubhouse from 2.00pm on the day of your event to set up theming. The venue is still open to the public until 7.00pm, so decorations need to suit a shared space (see T&Cs for more info).

Is security included?
Yes — professional security is included in all birthday packages to make sure your event runs safely and smoothly.

What’s the minimum catering requirement?
Sufficient catering levels are required to meet our liquor licence and host responsibility obligations. Our Events Team will guide you on what’s needed based on your event’s style and length (and the food’s awesome — trust us!).

Can we bring our own DJ or playlist?
Yep! You can bring your own DJ or playlist. Or, the Luxe Package includes a DJ, and we can organise one as an add-on for any package. All setups are subject to venue sound checks and timing guidelines.

Can I bring my own cake?
You sure can — plus we offer a 20% discount, including free delivery to The Clubhouse (perk included in Classic package — available on request for others too).

When do I need to confirm final numbers?
Final numbers are due 15 days before your event. This generates your final invoice (including any minimum spend top-up), due 7 working days prior to your event.

What’s the cancellation policy?
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable. Cancel more than 30 days out = no further charges. Cancel within 30 days = additional charges may apply. Cancel within 10 days = up to 100% of the total event value may be charged (see T&Cs).

Is there parking at The Clubhouse?
Yep — heaps of free parking right outside. No stress for you or your guests.
